Training Non Profit Organizations in soft skills for Social Development and Independent Development Trust in 2019.
Conducted training of 54 child and youth care workers in Autism Spectrum Disorder and 60 social workers in Play Therapy for Social Development in KZN IN 2021.
Zuzulwazi Development has trained more than 500 social auxiliary workers and created job opportunities for a number of social auxiliary workers through our professional relationship with SASSA, FAMSA, Mental Health in Durban & Pietermaritzburg, SANCA and other Non-Profit Organizations who absorb our learners even at a point of practical training.
Some of our social auxiliary workers started their own Non-Profit Organizations through internal coaching and mentoring provided by Zuzulwazi Development.
Zuzulwazi Development has a sister organization- Zuzulwazi-Ukhule NPO that employs social auxiliary workers produced by Zuzulwazi Development.
Our NPO has created jobs for 9 social auxiliary workers and also offer opportunity for other social auxiliary workers to volunteer with a view to gain experience.
We offer training on part time basis to working lay counsellors. We have trained 40 lay counsellors from PMB Lifeline and 15 from Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in Eshowe.
